MARKETING PROMOTION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID IN QUEBEC, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS PROMOTION IS FOR THE SOLE REASON TO MARKET OUR BUSINESS AND MERCHANDISE TO A LARGER AUDIENCE.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Weekend Adventure (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at Feb 24, 2026/8:30am Eastern Time zone and ends on [End Aug 18, 2026/12:00 am Eastern Time zone (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Quebec, U.S. Territories and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, board members, advisory committee members, directors, officers, or agents of Toronto Jet Ski (the “Sponsor”), (collectively the “Releases”) their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers to Sponsor and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related are ineligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER:
PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD
Eligible individuals who make an online purchase at www.torontojetskiparts.ca can earn entries into the giveaway. Each purchase category provides a set number of Base Entries based on the dollar amount spent, which are then boosted by a multiplier. Entries are awarded as follows:

- Base Entry: Includes 50 base entries ($50 purchase), increased two (4) times the amount, for a total of 200 entries.
- Limited Entry: Includes 100 base entries ($100 purchase), increased by five (5) times the amount, for a total of 500 entries.
- Exclusion Entry: Includes 150 base entries ($150 purchase), increased by six (6) times the amount, for a total of 900 entries.
- Elite Entry: Includes 200 base entries ($200 purchase), increased by seven (7+) times the amount, for a total of 1,400 entries.

Eligible individuals may enter by submitting their email address through the designated entry form.

- Bonus Entries: Each valid email submission will receive 2 entries.
- Entry Limit: Only one email entry per person is permitted.
- Restrictions: Automated, bulk, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
- Deadline: The deadline for email-based entries is Aug 18, 2026.
NOTE: If a purchase includes a promotional discount code, earned entries will be adjusted (reduced) based on the final transaction amount.
ENTRY MULTIPLIERS & BONUS ENTRIES: Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may announce "Multiplier" periods (e.g., 5X, 6X, 7X) or specific products that carry "Bonus Entries." These will be communicated via www.torontojetskiparts.ca or official social media channels.
DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about Aug 18, 2026 via [Software Name, e.g., ViralSweep]. The Sponsor's decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize Winner is responsible for registration, license, title, insurance fees, and any other expenses not listed. The prize must be picked up by the Winner no later than Aug 23, 2026 at Muskoka. The winner is responsible for all travel and logistics costs associated with prize pickup. Failure to take delivery within 7 days of the scheduled date may result in forfeiture.
GENERAL RULES: Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or about Aug 18, 2026. Potential Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release within 24 hours of notification. Residents of Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner.
REFUNDS & ABANDONED SHIPMENTS: All returns or cancellations must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period. Returns are limited to defective merchandise. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor will attempt to contact the purchaser once. If no response is received within 30 days, the purchase is considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
WAIVERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Liability for any claim is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, not to exceed $5.00 CAD.
CHOICE OF LAW: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
